Atlas Health Clinic accepts motor vehicle accidents (MVA), motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and any other personal injury accidents.

Detailed reports as well as detailed exams are provided for all cases. These include:
  • Comprehensive final reports ranging from 8 to 12 pages.

  • Special Report: Electronic Range of Motion Testing with improvement scales through data and graphs. AMA 5 th Edition Guidelines, adopted by the state of California notes that Range of Motion testing must be performed utilizing a duel inclinometer. Otherwise, average/eye ball ROM testing is invalid.

  • Special Report: Electronic Muscle Testing with Reports and Graphs.

  • Special Report: Radiological Reports. X-rays are read by a licensed Chiropractic Radiologist, D.A.C.B.R. X-rays are scanned directly on the comprehensive reports.

  • Comprehensive S.O.A.P. charts are taken on a daily basis. All charts including initial intake forms and S.O.A.P. charts will be sent out with the reports.

  • Impairment Ratings. Due to the adoption of the AMA 5 th Edition Guides to Evaluation of Permanent Impairment in the state of California in 2005, impairment ratings must be performed via the 5 th Edition Guides.

Due to our efficient office procedures, all reports and charts mentioned above will be sent with 2-3 days after the patient is discharged.
